Matsunoki's wine selection showcases 500 labels and a total of 2800 bottles stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled area. The list is founded on a progressive philosophy with respect for Croatian winemaking history. Highlighting traditional Croatian varieties and wine-growing regions, the wine list moves towards organic, biodynamic and vegan producers and wines from cold climate regions. At the same time, it pays tribute to tradition with a selection of standard and large formats from well-known producers in the French region of Champagne.
